1. Service description

Szobet is a new-style shopping platform offering mystery box opens, battles, and inventory management. Platform balance can be used in-app and withdrawn as USDT TRC20 under published rules; items can be recycled for platform balance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Each user may hold only one account; renting, lending, transferring, or sharing accounts is prohibited.
• You may not use this platform if your jurisdiction restricts this type of entertainment service.

3. Account and virtual balance

• Balance, XP, inventory items, and other account data are platform-internal and used for purchases, pack opens, battles, and recycling.
• Platform balance may be used for designated in-app spending or withdrawn to your USDT TRC20 address under the recharge page rules. Accounts cannot be transferred. Unwanted items can be recycled for platform balance.
• Top-up credit rules are as shown on the payment page and in published notices at the time of payment.
• We may freeze, restrict, or close accounts for security, compliance, or risk control reasons, including blocking top-ups, blocking pack opens, or banning accounts.

4. Pack opens and battle rules

• Pack contents and odds are as published on the page; open results are random events and the platform does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Battle mode follows room rules (multi-open count, player count, draw voiding, etc.) as shown on the battle page and order details.
• Each pack open and battle generates an order number and fair verification data — see Fair verification for details.
• We will make reasonable efforts to restore service after interruptions due to network, device, or maintenance issues, but are not liable for indirect losses arising from such interruptions.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using this platform, you must not:

• Exploit bugs, cheats, scripts, or other abnormal means to gain advantage;
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, account theft, or other illegal activity;
• Disrupt normal platform operation or attack system security;
• Post illegal, infringing, harassing, or malicious content (including in chat);
• Bulk-register accounts, manipulate orders, or maliciously consume platform resources.

6. Intellectual property

Platform interface, branding, copy, code, and operational materials are owned by Szobet or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization. For user-uploaded or generated content, you must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Platform liability for losses due to force majeure, third-party service failures, or user conduct is limited to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via site announcement or other reasonable means.

10. Registration consent and wagering

Creating an account means you checked and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the AML Policy. USDT, USDC, TRX, and ETH deposits each require 1x wagering before withdrawal of that coin, and still follow review, limits, and security checks.
